CEO - Rick Lackey

25+ years with large and small commercial real estate brokerage companies in management and sales. Former Executive Vice President and Managing Broker of Grubb & Ellis Company and current CEO and Managing Partner of City Commercial Real Estate, a small commercial real estate brokerage firm. Rick has been recognized in Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate and named one of the Top 50 Power Brokers in Atlanta.
 

CMO - Jose Perez

25+ years in executive positions with the leading global real estate franchiser, extensive industry relationships and experience growing businesses. Former SVP of franchise sales and acquisitions of Realogy the owners of the brands: Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Commercial, ERA, Century 21, Better Homes & Gardens, Sotheby’s and Oncor International.
 

EVP - Malinda Lackey

20+ years in the communications, commercial real estate and association industries. Former editor, account executive, and chamber of commerce executive.
