We got to meet Rick Lackey's new champions at the Buckhead Club last week. Here we have Newburger-Andes' Steve Farrar, City Realty Advisors' Tim Holdroyd and Trivest Real Estate's Tim Knight, who have been named to head three REAL Professionals groups in Atlanta (Jessica Hall, who works for REAL Professionals, also pictured). REAL is Rick's networking org that has quickly grown in metro Atlanta and attracted the participation of some 50 companies. Rick also just expanded REAL into Dallas.

Grubb Gets the RetailWorks Band Back Together (Real Estate Rooster)

Grubb & Ellis has put the RetailWorks team back together. Michael Dahmer, principal of RetailWorks, joined Grubb & Ellis late last year as senior vice president in Grubb's Retail Group, and, with loose ends tied up, Michael Woodruff, former RetailWorks' senior associate, and Kellie Scrogum, associate, will now hang their shingle at Grubb & Ellis as well.
