Dallas Area Network
You can be a part of this dynamic network of senior level Real Estate and Development professionals who are making more money faster.
Answer these questions to see if REAL Professionals might be for you:
- What if twice monthly you could meet with 12–18 successful Real Estate and Development professionals to discuss the market and opportunities to win new business?
- What if someone else set up those meetings, made notes at the meeting and even reminded you to follow up on opportunities?
If those sound like good ideas to increase your business activity, then you should attend an introductory RPN meeting.

LACKEY SEES JUMP IN APT ACTIVITY (Bisnow)Real Professionals Network's CEO Rick Lackey says he expects even more announced projects this year, given readily available debt. Even the members in his organization are getting involved in the multifamily development cycle. “We'll definitely see new multifamily development in 2012. If anything, it's going to increase.” REAL DEAL (Bisnow)We caught up with Sperry Van Ness’ Bill Graham and SRS Real Estate Partners’ Tyler Isbell in Atlanta, of all places. That's because the duo were there to launch as founding partners of REAL Professionals, which is now headed to Dallas. REAL Professionals is a networking group that gathers market intel and tips that members can use to generate business. The Atlanta-based organization—headed by former Atlanta Grubb & Ellis top dog Rick Lackey— has seen explosive membership growth in Atlanta... THEY ARE THE CHAMPIONS (Bisnow)We got to meet Rick Lackey's new champions at the Buckhead Club last week. Here we have Newburger-Andes' Steve Farrar, City Realty Advisors' Tim Holdroyd and Trivest Real Estate's Tim Knight, who have been named to head three REAL Professionals groups in Atlanta (Jessica Hall, who works for REAL Professionals, also pictured).
REAL is Rick's networking org that has quickly grown in metro Atlanta and attracted the participation of some 50 companies. Rick also just expanded REAL into Dallas.

Grubb Gets the RetailWorks Band Back Together (Real Estate Rooster)Grubb & Ellis has put the RetailWorks team back together. Michael Dahmer, principal of RetailWorks, joined Grubb & Ellis late last year as senior vice president in Grubb's Retail Group, and, with loose ends tied up, Michael Woodruff, former RetailWorks' senior associate, and Kellie Scrogum, associate, will now hang their shingle at Grubb & Ellis as well. Eggs-centric dining hits the spot in the ATL (Atlanta Business Chronicle)Brunch brings out the crowds throughout the metro area on weekends, but breakfast is big among Atlanta’s business dealmakers during the week. And a couple of new restaurants with menus focused on the art and science of preparing eggs are coming to town to tap into both markets. Dealvalanche (Real Estate Rooster)We're not opposed to creating new words, especially when our friends at Newburger-Andes tell us about an avalanche of deals, or a dealvalanche.
